Backorders 

At Shark Fasteners, we strive to keep all items in stock. However, backorders may occasionally occur. If an item is backordered, our Customer Service Team will contact you with an estimated delivery date. 

Backorder Options: 

You may cancel any backordered item at any time before it ships. 

• If you prefer, we can hold your entire order until all items are in stock and ship them together. 

Pricing, Errors, and Misprints 

We make every effort to ensure that pricing, product descriptions, and images are accurate. However, in the event of an error, we reserve the right to correct any mistakes, including but not limited to typographical errors, incorrect images or mispriced products. 

This policy applies to both regular and special pricing. If an issue affects your order, we will contact you promptly to resolve it. 

Tax Information 

Shark Fasteners complies with all Federal and Provincial tax regulations. We are required to charge the appropriate taxes as dictated by each Province and Territory in Canada.
