Returns for Unopened, Unused Items 

We accept returns of unopened, unused merchandise in its original packaging within 15 days of purchase when accompanied by the original receipt. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment or as store credit. 

Conditions for Return: 

• Non-packaged tools and components must be new and unused, without damage, modifications, scratches, dents, cuts, or signs of misuse. 
• Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 
• If the order qualified for “free shipping,” the shipping cost may be deducted from the refund. 
• Shark Fasteners is not liable for loss or damage occurring during return transit. 
• A 25% processing fee applies to refunds but is waived if store credit is selected. 

Final Sale, Special Orders & Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: 

• Final sale items 
• Special order items 
• Batteries 
• Machinery 
• Cutting tools (including bits) 
• Lasers 
• Precision tools 
• Personal protective equipment (PPE), safety gear, and heated gear 
• Opened items that are not in saleable condition 
• Items damaged due to misuse or user error. 

Return Process 

To ensure a smooth return process, follow these steps: 

1. Request a Return Authorization (RA) Number: 

Email orders@sharkfasteners.com to obtain an RA number before returning any items. 

1. Prepare Your Return: 
   • Clearly include a copy of the RA number with the returned item(s). 
   • Returns without an RA number will not be accepted. 
2. Ship the Item: 
   • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. 
   • Freight collect or COD returns will not be accepted. 
3. Inspection & Refund Processing: 
   • Once received, we will inspect the item and initiate the refund within 48 hours. 
   • If any issues are found, we will contact you as soon as possible. 
   • Refunds are processed in the same manner as the original payment. 
   • Refund timing depends on your bank’s processing times.
