3. Product Accuracy & Availability

• We aim to keep inventory, specifications, and pricing accurate both online and on-site.
• All dimensions, capacities, and fastener compatibilities are provided by the manufacturer or measured in-house.
• If an item is unavailable, we’ll contact you with an ETA or equivalent substitute before processing payment.

4. Pricing & Payment

• Unless otherwise stated, prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and exclusive of all taxes.
• Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Interac e-Transfer, and approved net-30 business accounts.
• Promotional pricing (flash sales, bundles, anniversary deals, etc.) is time-limited and cannot be applied retroactively.

5. Warranty & Repairs

• Manufacturer warranties vary—full details ship with each tool.
• Out-of-warranty repairs are quoted in advance; no hidden charges.

6. Safety & Compliance

• All power tools are CSA-certified (or equivalent) for use in Canada.
• Always follow user manuals, wear appropriate PPE, and adhere to Occupational Health & Safety Act (OHSA) guidelines.
• Shark Fasteners is not liable for injuries or damages resulting from misuse, altered equipment, or failure to follow safety instructions.

7. Intellectual Property

“Shark Fasteners,” the shark-fin logo, and “Best Quality. Fair Price.” are registered trademarks of Shark Fasteners Inc. No content, images, or product data may be reproduced without written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shark Fasteners’ total liability for any claim relating to your purchase or use of our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) in question.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.
