Shipping Policy

At Shark Fasteners, we are committed to providing efficient and cost-effective shipping
solutions. Below are the details of our shipping policy:
Free Shipping Eligibility
Shark Fasteners offers FREE SHIPPING on most orders in Ontario, Canada.
• Over $199 (before tax) within 50 Km
• Over $499 (before tax) within 100 Km
• Free Job Site Delivery – on orders over $500 to selected areas (as shown in the provided
image).
On-Site Sales – Requesting a visit from our expert team you can have access to all our products
you need to buy, right at your job site.

Alternative Shipping Options

If an order does not qualify for free shipping or expedited delivery is required, we offer competitive real-time shipping rates.
Customers can contact us to explore the best possible shipping solutions.

Processing Time

We aim to process orders within 48 hours, Monday through Friday.

Delivery Address Accuracy

While we make every effort to ensure accurate and timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays or misdirected shipments caused by inaccurate or incomplete address information. If there is an issue with your address, we will attempt to contact you, but it is your responsibility to provide correct details. Any additional charges resulting from incorrect address information will be the customer’s responsibility.

Shark Fasteners is not liable for delivery errors due to incorrect shipping details, including but not limited to typos or mistakes in the shipping address, postal code, city, or province. If

incorrect information is provided, we will assist in locating the lost shipment.

Damages

If your shipment is damaged, lost, or incomplete, please contact us immediately so we can file the proper claim with the appropriate carrier. Do not accept packages that appear to have been opened or damaged. Keep damaged goods and packaging exactly as they were delivered until further instructions are provided.

Inspect all freight shipments before accepting the contents for any visible damage. If damaged, report it directly to the delivery person and mark the bill of lading as “DAMAGED.” All damage claims must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.

Special Promotions

During promotional sales and events, selected items may be excluded from the free shipping

policy.

In-Store Pickup

In-store pick-up is available during all business hours. You will be contacted via email or phone once your order is ready. ID is required for all pick-ups. Please notify us if someone else will be picking up your order on your behalf. Orders not picked up within 30 days will be automatically refunded, minus a 10% processing fee.
